    Shifts has turned up with an intuitive and innovative idea to facilitate all commercial company owners, particularly when it involves keeping track of the employees’ attendance, their regular performance as well as scheduling agenda for them and establishing a feasible mutual communication.

    Company Admin:

    Company admin has one subscription plan section which consists of few modules like “Time & Attendance”, “Payroll System”, “Communication” & “Task & Tracking”. Admin can buy module according to the needs and preferences and assign to staff members.

    Staff Member:

    Staff members can access only those modules which have been assigned to them by company admin.

    On our main page, click on “Register Here" tab.

    It will then take you to the “Registration Form”.

STEP: 1: Registration:

Registration page is divided in to three sections i.e.


1) Payment Option :



By default trial pack validity for 25 days is displaying in this section.

2) Basic Information:

  • You need to enter the following information:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Company Name
  • Country
  • State
  • City
  • Address
  • Zip Code
  • Tax ID
  • Sub domain name
  • Choose your name while installing Mobile App
  • Have you used our product before


3) Account Credentials:

  • You need to enter the following information:
  • User Name
  • Email Address
  • Password
  • Confirm Password
  • Captcha


Once you are done, Click on "Join Shifts".

STEP: 2 Form Submissions:

This screen will give you the “Thank You” message. “Thank you for registering with Shifts. Click on “Login” button to continue.



After successful registration, user will get the login link in to registered mail id. User will click on that link and redirect to the control panel login page.

Login:



    You need to enter the following information:
  • Email Address
  • Password

After enter the data in mentioned fields user has to click on “Submit” button. After clicking on submit button user will get redirected to the dashboard page.

Dashboard:

Dashboard helps user to visual display of the most important information needed to achieve one or more objectives which fits entirely on a single screen so it can be monitored at a glance, such as from here company admin may easily able to view plans & user location.



Edit Profile:

With this section company admin can update his profile



Manage Subscription:

This section shows the detail of the available license for a particular module. From this section the modules can be assigned for users. Admin can also change or cancel the subscription.



This section is divided in to two parts i. e.

Chart Plan:

This section gives the detail of plan which is: - No. of license, status, Available license for module, Assign users for module.



    There are 4 types of modules available in the chart plan page:
  • a) Time and attendance
  • b) Payroll System
  • c) Communication
  • d) Task & Tracking

Subscription Plan:

From this section user can change or cancel the subscription of any module. User can also view no. of license , status, expiry date of any module.



Manage Staff:

In this section company admin can manage the staff profile (view, add, edit, delete) also may able to assign the department to staff member and can also like the staff member.



Manage CMS:

A content management system (CMS) is a system used to manage the content of a Web site. From this section user can manage the “CMS” (Add, Edit, View and Delete). From this section, admin may search the particular CMS page by page name heading according to its requirement.



Manage Office Location:

From this section admin can manage the office location. Admin can add office location and assign office location to selected staff member.



Manage Department:

From this section admin can manage the department. Also admin may assign the department to staff member.



Time & Attendance:

Admin can keep track of attendance and routine activities of user workforce with their specialty features such as manage shifts, assign shift, manage leave, and mark attendance on user behalf, view user attendance and view GPS location of the user.



Communication:

Communication module comprises a variety of effective communication modes such as Group Chat, individual chat, schedule message & customize message in place to make sure everyone will get the information at right on time.



Task & Tracking:

From this section, admin can be aware of what numbers and types of tasks they have assigned to their staff members.



Task & Tracking also includes some key features like:

1) View Task Assigned to Employees

2) CRUD Task (CRUD is an abbreviation, which stands for Creation, Read, Updation and Deletion.)

3) Task Management

4) Post Comment on Task

Payment:

From this section a company admin can easily demarcate a definite payment for his/her employees. Admin may able to set payment pay users, view payment status and also can add notifications.



Voting Management:

In this section, a company admin can easily come to know about the different views of different employees on different questions about something they have been urged to give their personal preferences. The preference made by an employee is completely unchangeable.



Settings:

From this section company admin can manage email notifications, general settings of the website like time zone, currency, SMTP setting and manage site.



    Employees or staff members of the company are managed by their respective company admin who is responsible for creating & managing the account of staff members, their office, location, department, shifts, tasks and payments etc. Staff members can easily manage their respective accounts by logging in the website and also in their mobile phones using the shift Application.

    Creation of staff member account by company admin:

    Company admin creates the account of a staff member and a mail gets sent to the concerned email address of that user containing the necessary details in order to login to his/her account.



    Login:

    Staff member can login from this page by the credentials received on email.



    Dashboard:

    Dashboard helps user to have a visual display of the some of the integral details needed to achieve one or more objectives which fits entirely on a single screen so it can be monitored at a glance, such as from here staff me may easily able to view plans & user location.



    Edit Profile:

    Through this section the staff members can update their profile details along with this they also get the option of changing the password which was initially provided in the mail which they got for initiating their account.



    Time & Attendance:

    From this section staff member can view his attendance, view assigned shifts, view off days and the leaves.



    Payroll System:

    From payroll section user can get the details of In-Out time, Total working time and payment of the shits accordingly.



    Voting Management:

    The voting questions which are added by the company admin will get display here. Staff member can vote on these questions from application and website as well. The preference made by an employee is completely unchangeable.



    Communication:

    By using this communication section staff member can be a part of Group chat, only when he is added in group by company admin. Staff member is also able to receive the custom message & scheduled messages from the company admin in the section.



    Task & Tracking:

    In this section staff member can have a record of task assigned to him by company admin. Member can also view the comments given by admin on a particular task. These tasks are also viewable in calendar format in the same section.
